Mind, Body, Soul Wellness Center LLC., is located just south of beautiful Belgrade Village on RTE 27. We are a safe and nurturing place that provides opportunities for total wellness of the mind, body & soul, by using a variety of modalities. Stephen offers IFS informed Empowerment & Spiritual Coaching, Reiki Healing Sessions, Psychic Card Readings, classes and mindfulness practices. Karen offers mental health counseling (Belgrade Counseling Center, just feet away from the Center). We have a small metaphysical shop that has CBD products, a variety of incense, smudging sticks, pendulums, rough and polished stones, bracelets and more fun stuff!
Services

Reiki Healing Sessions can be done laying on a table or sitting in a chair. We also offer a session with an Amethyst Crystal Mat and Aroma Reiki (essential oils are used during the healing).

Learn this healing art so that you can do Reiki on yourself, pets, loved ones, friends and even work with the public. We teach all levels.
03.
Whether you choose to have a Tarot, Oracle Card Reading, the reader intuitively interprets the meaning of the cards for your situation.
